Optimum Auto Service Corp has proudly served Edmonton and the surrounding area since 2003. What began as a small three-bay shop has grown into a full-service automotive facility built around dependable repairs, quality workmanship, and customer-first service. From Three Bays to a Growing Local Shop
Our story began with founder Basit Alqubaisi, one dedicated mechanic, and three service bays. His goal was to create a locally owned, one-stop auto repair shop where Edmonton drivers could receive reliable service and exceptional care. In 2006, experienced mechanic Mahmud Bseis joined the team as demand continued to grow. The shop soon expanded to six bays and grew to include four journeymen and three apprentices, allowing us to serve more customers while maintaining the personal service that built our reputation.
