Out of Province Auto Inspections Edmonton

OUT OF PROVINCE INSPECTIONS:

As required by the Alberta Government, any vehicle that has been previously registered in another province must be inspected by certified professionals and pass an Out of Province (OOP) Auto Inspection prior to being registered and licensed in Alberta.

The mechanical portion of the Out of Province Vehicle Inspection involves virtually all vehicle components including the fuel and exhaust systems, electrical systems, engine controls, powertrain, driveline, steering, suspension, braking systems, lights, tires, glass, wipers and defrosters.

** BEFORE your auto inspection, you will need to attain a Request for Inspection form which is available at any Alberta motor vehicle registry.

COMMERCIAL INSPECTIONS:

All commercial vehicles are required to be inspected regularly to ensure that they are sufficiently maintained and meet all Alberta vehicle regulations. Depending on the type of commercial vehicle and its purpose inspections should be performed annually or semi-annually.

Car Safety Inspections Edmonton

SAFETY INSPECTIONS:

Safety inspections are performed for insurance purposes to confirm if a vehicle meets Alberta safety requirements and are maintained for safe operation prior to being insured.

Pre-purchase Vehicle Inspections Edmonton

PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTIONS:

It is always wise to have a used vehicle inspected prior to purchase. Knowing the true condition of the vehicle can help you to make an informed decision when deciding whether or not to make the purchase. A pre-purchase inspection will let you know what the vehicle’s current state is and what possible repairs it may need in the near future.

Our experienced and specialized servicemen can perform a pre-purchase inspection on any type of vehicle that you may consider purchasing. Having this vital information can save you a lot of money and trouble.
